The project began with a comprehensive audit of the existing solutions. This assessment uncovered key findings, highlighted risks, and delivered actionable recommendations for moving forward.
As a result, a new model for the exchange of commercial information was developed and designed to address the following challenges:
The need to raise and maintain the highest security standards and to comply with GDPR requirements
Centralisation of various types of reporting data from multiple sources
High degree of automation with the option for human intervention and validation
High accuracy and reliability of results despite fragmented and heterogeneous formats
Automated restriction of data access to the minimum necessary, depending on complex business processes
Integration with any distributor’s accounting or warehouse management system (today, the system consolidates inputs from 100+ systems across three countries)
Transparency and the ability for distributors, as external parties, to technically verify the process while ensuring the confidentiality of other partners’ data
Today, the daily work of Essity employees in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia is supported by modern tools with a user-friendly interface and access to reliable, consolidated insights.
Tasks that once required days or even weeks are now completed automatically or reduced to just a few clicks.
The NEXAI team continues to act as a permanent process coordinator, providing ongoing advisory support in the planning of new solutions. We have become advocates for all stakeholders in the integration process, ensuring the accuracy of reports and the security of information, while at the same time enabling the further growth of our client’s business and that of its distribution partners. This collaboration is a clear example of how digital transformation, automation and integration can increase efficiency, improve data quality and strengthen long-term business relationships.
