Based on the challenges defined, we created a dedicated web application. That helped to streamline the registration process for new users by eliminating the paper workflow and replacing it with a digital form.
The application form, as well as the contract generated at the end of the process, are tailored to the terms and conditions of the collaboration between the client and the healthcare provider. Both parties can easily access these documents online.
The employees are just five clicks away from logging onto the portal and finalizing their healthcare contracts.
In addition to fulfilling the client's overarching objective, the portal also allows users to modify their medical package variants, de-register, or terminate contracts individually.
Current work on the system is mainly concerned with its maintenance, support and the development of new functionalities. The application is programmed in such a way that it can be easily implemented with other new customers and adapted to individual requirements.
The project achieved significant business objectives for both the Lux Med Group and the Żabka retail chain.

What is more, our experience and knowledge of this type of systems helped us to avoid problems at the outset and brought about interesting and effective solutions. This resulted in increased system functionality.
The project was developed to the highest data security standards. This has been confirmed by an independent IT security assessment organisation.
