In 2018, Essity Poland, manufacturer of the Tork brand, turned to NEXAI for support in digitising its sales process across Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Following a system audit, we designed and implemented new software that centralises data from multiple sources, automates processes and integrates with more than 30 different ERP systems. As a result, processes that were previously time-consuming are now reduced to a few clicks. We now provide ongoing support and development of the implemented system.

Dedicated platform for the management of sports packages

In collaboration with Medicover Sport, we developed a cutting-edge platform to manage sports packages for employees and corporate clients. The system automates key processes, offering personalized packages tailored to individual needs and providing intuitive administration panels for management. This allows Medicover Sport to easily manage offers and increase user engagement. The platform’s modern design ensures ease of use for both administrators and end-users. To stay ahead of evolving customer expectations, the system is regularly updated with new features and improvements.

Patient registration portal for private medical care

The aim of the project was to develop a web application to enable fast and secure registration of Żabka chain employees with the medical operator Lux Med. Our solution automated the process, replacing paper documents with complete digitization. The forms and agreements are customized to the terms of the partnership, and the entire registration process requires just five clicks. The application meets the highest security standards, as confirmed by an independent audit.

Cooperation in the maintenance of microservices

Apollogic was looking for support in maintaining Node.js microservices integrated with SAP and the HANA database. These microservices managed contractors, mobile app users, and notifications. The goal was to ensure trouble-free operation according to business requirements. The project required advanced infrastructure management and the flexibility to adapt to the client’s evolving needs.
